Frequently asked questions
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the Steward app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile, cards, trips, and loyalty data are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
- How do I report a bug or issue?
- Email support@stewardflow.com with a description of what happened. If possible, include your iOS version and the Steward app version (Settings → About).
- How do I request a copy of my data?
- Email support@stewardflow.com from the email tied to your Apple Sign-In account. We'll reply with an export within 30 days.
- Does Steward see my credit card numbers or transactions?
- No. Steward never accesses card numbers, statements, balances, transaction history, or credit scores. You tell us which cards you hold; we recommend which to use.
- Why does Steward need my location?
- Location powers the core feature: detecting when you arrive at a merchant so we can recommend the best card to use. You can grant While Using or Always access, or deny location entirely (proximity-based features will be unavailable).
