Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?
Open the Steward app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile, cards, trips, and loyalty data are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
How do I report a bug or issue?
Email support@stewardflow.com with a description of what happened. If possible, include your iOS version and the Steward app version (Settings → About).
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email support@stewardflow.com from the email tied to your Apple Sign-In account. We'll reply with an export within 30 days.
Does Steward see my credit card numbers or transactions?
No. Steward never accesses card numbers, statements, balances, transaction history, or credit scores. You tell us which cards you hold; we recommend which to use.
Why does Steward need my location?
Location powers the core feature: detecting when you arrive at a merchant so we can recommend the best card to use. You can grant While Using or Always access, or deny location entirely (proximity-based features will be unavailable).
